She is focused and consistent, managing multiple schedules and maintaining communication across teams. Having held positions in the education, research, development and business fields, Erika is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various team members. She holds a doctorate degree in Mathematical Optimization and prior joining ILF, she was a teacher and an automation test engineer.
